[Avid-L2] Track assignments on QT Ref export from Avid?

I'm delivering a prores HQ 422 file with 12 tracks of audio for discrete 5.1 and mono mix, Lo, Ro and M&E.  I have always found the tracks go out in the order they are on the Avid timeline.  For example I'm assuming that track 3 the center track on my timeline will be the 3rd mono track listed in the QTPro info tab.  Other than ama linking to the final .mov after it's been created how can I confirm .mov file audio tracks contents? I know I can turn off various tracks in the "CMD J" properties window but that's kind of hard to distinguish Left from Lo.  I know I can change the labels for the tracks in the properties window but I only see Rt and Lt not Ro and Lo.  What does a network do with these files to make sure everything is in the correct place?  I do see channel numbers in the properties window.  Can I assume track one from my avid timeline will always export to channel 1 in a QT Ref export as long as I'm in direct mode.  Just want to figure
out how to confirm what I think is what's happening under the hood.
