Mid Atlantic and Bit Tree offer some free templates etc... that can be used with CAD type software. Also check out Stantron. It seems most of the major rack manufactures offer some software/plugins that help layout racks. Heck they might even have software to do it right on their site. Let us know what you find. Have you come up with a name for your rack(s) yet? ;-) Bad new "UntitledRack.01" is already taken.
