[Avid-L2] Avid DVD (Sonic) Q

 

If I have a 1080p 23.98 Avid Sequence and I "Send To DVD Authoring" via Symphony or MC, is it burning a DVD (not bluray) at 29.97 and adding pulldown or keeping it at 23.98?
