anyone have any neat tricks for creating a playable multiviewer from individual files?
came up as I had 16 x streams coming off one FW disk in FCP7 - and there was no way that was going to fly. Ideally I'd leave a render going overnight to burn a 16 way multiview and have that as a playable source.
(i could make one manually, but that would be too painful to layout and build, so I'll struggle on without playback of the multiview).
lately I've had production record the multiviewer HD-SDI output on set where possible, and it is really useful, but it does burn a record point that is better used for another iso.
