Re: [Avid-L2] FCP X update

I've read the update, but didn't see anything about collaborative
environments. Can 20 people edit the same project with the same media while
an assistant is adding new media in real time?

I think that the software is really cool, but if it can't do this than I
can say that there's no way any company that I've worked for would not have
been able to use it.

But for the record, I heard that they've been using FCPX at ABC Promos for
almost a year now. So it doesn't necessarily suck for broadcast, just for
all of the companies that I've worked with that rely on the Avid/Isis/Unity
workflow...

But if they have updated it for a collaborative environment then that's
awesome and I don't see why we wouldn't be able to use it anymore.
