Tried re-creating the dissolve with animation gain keyframes? You could export a subsequence to see if this makes any difference.
It makes no sense to me, but it might be worth a try.

I have a 5 minute sequence, cut in PAL. At about three spots in the review QT
we hear scratchy music right at the dissolve. Its like a stutter sound. Just
lasts the duration of the dissolve when music changes volume. I have
re-exported same as source, exported as NTSC, exported as pro res, reimported
music cut, took out the edits and re-did them with new dissolves. Several
hours on this now.
But every time I export a QT, the same stuttering sound at the same points.
Lasts as long as the dissolves do.
Anyone ever dealt with this before? I never have. And it makes no sense.
