[Avid-L2] Re: OT settop DVD recorders 16:9 flag

> A bit more "Heath Robinson" is to solder up a 9v battery and a resistor to apply +5 Volts to pin 8 on the scart input of the DVD recorder. Will work on most types and even if the input is set to S-video or comp etc.
