Well, to top that, on the latest os you need to set a switch to allow non
apple approaved apps to run. (this means all my work...)
Next version the button might be buried deeper, and in a few years it might
be gone.
This reminds me of Max Headroom ("Hey, an OFF button. He could get 20 years
just for that!")
It also reminds me of tourches and Apple HQ (i don't have a passport
anymore, so it won't be me (or at least i've got an alibi).)

It could be over for software resellers also. If Apple forces developers to
feel through the app store on it's next system upgrade, they instantly kill
resellers. And before you say they would never do that, have you bought a
copy of FCPX at your local VAR lately?
