Ken,
Not sure if you're doing that or not, but make sure you don't use AMA for bringing in the sound files. Traditional import takes TC and other metadata from the BWAV's BEXT chunk, but if you AMA BWAV files, you are relying on whatever timecode QuickTime player decides to supply you with. And we all know what a great piece of software QuickTime is. Or, to paraphrase Terry, friends don't let friends rely on QuickTime for anything.
