Internal recording is still XDCAM 35Mbps 8-bit 4:2:0. But there was a 10-bit S-Log option that then became free and ships installed with all new cameras this spring. 10bit 4:2:2 out SDI for external recording (also RGB 4:4:4). So perhaps some older F3s haven't been updated, but I'd kinda think most have been. A quick googling should confirm my memory...
