It stinks. Will break all your powerpc apps once and for all. There is NO rosetta support. This could disable your office, mail, contacts, utilities, roxio, hardware drivers, etc. With 64bit Mnt Lion it only gets worse.

I just had a lot of fun converting >100k Avid-l messages, for instance...

Avid 6.0x may work just fine , but if you cherish any of the other stuff, stay on snow leopard as long as you can.
