[Avid-L2] Re: Safe Color Limiter Q

 

Nobody at home will see it anyway as the broadcaster clips it on the way out. So whatever there spec is, that's what goes on it's way to the end viewer. (Of course it can get stepped on by lots of folks on the way, but that's another story)
