I'll keep my fingers crossed that there's a patch. I'm assuming that if there were a structural limitation on the window size, I would encounter it when I tried to drag it out to my preferred size. But this feels pretty buggy.

Similar setup - 6.0.1.1/ Mac OS 10.7.4, 27" iMac. I can drag the window out as
far as allowed, save the WS and it does stick. Not that big however, maybe 800
pixels across? I recall seeing the bug so maybe it changed from 6.0.1 to
6.0.1.1? Tomorrow: 6.0.3!
