If this update solves any of the weird, window/workspace related issues that alone would be worth it to me. I'm incredibly tired of not being able to save the single record window effects workspace I want, and having to redraw it every time I enter effects mode. It's just the sort of stupid, useless waste of time that makes me understand that my life is pouring through my fingers like sand.
And why, why, does my timeline window spontaneously shrink down to the size of a postage stamp and then run and hide in the upper left corner of my left monitor? It's some bizarre combo of selecting a segment mode and then inadvertently clicking in the TC track, though I'm not sure. Weird, annoying stuff, and I'll be glad to see these symptoms gone.

As opposed to which version? If you are already on any 6.x I'd go for it (OK on
