Only if you export to ProRes by choosing ProRes in the Custom Quicktime export settings. If you transcode or mixdown to the native MXF-type ProRes, then export Same-As-Source, that seemed completely transparent, with consistent luma values, in my tests.

I recommend to avoid any QT exports other than Same-As-Source.
