The ReadMe is it's own PDF download, but you have to log in to the Avid download site and navigate to it and download it. I know, it's a lot of work. There needs to be a shorter path to getting ReadMe files for new releases. Like having a link on the Avid home page that says "hey, we have a new release, click here". And then a link to download the ReadMe file.
