If they're taking it into Premiere then try an AAF from Avid directly into
Premiere. Maybe you'll have better luck than I have.

If that doesn't work, Autoduck to FCP, check that the edit came across and
the files are relinked, then export an XML from there and they can import
that into Premiere, or you can import it if you have Premiere and check
your edit. Send them a project file and the XML. Takes about 5 minutes if
the files link up properly in FCP.
