I haven't explored it deeply, but Adobe just released presets for Media
Encoder CS6 to enable some MXF OP1a formats

It's ProRes only at the moment (requires that an Apple ProRes application
be installed to have the codec) but perhaps there some promise there?

Otherwise you can definitely make DNxHD Quicktimes - I do it regularly from
After Effects.
