Re: [Avid-L2] FCP-X grading question

Needing to keyframe is relatively rare in color correction, but everybody wants their cc app or NLE to have the ability. The method in Symphony is not really intuitive, so, because I rarely use it, it's faster to add the keyframes. My point was that Jeff had only used Symphony so long ago that he wasn't aware of the keyframing ability, so I was merely pointing it out. I have only used the keyframing ability in order to teach it, not during any actual color correction I've done in a real project, which just shows how rare it is, at least in my work.
