Keep the Tek for the specialty displays like the diamond display and add an UltraScope for parade etc... I think you'll find the Ultrascope underwhelming but functional. You might want to look into upgrading your Tek scope to a wfm 5200 which has the ability to feed an external monitor. The single dsp only allows two waveforms at a time. I assume you are use to that with the 5000. The inability on the Ultrascope to display two vector scopes and no I & Q really blows imho.
