[Avid-L2] How to deliver XML

 

I have a client who wants a series of short videos cut and delivered in XML so they can CC in house. I know Premiere does this but not wanting to cut these stylized pieces in software I am not familiar with. Can I cut in Avid and export to Premiere? Then do the XML. I am on MC 5.5 and I know Cinema Tools is supposed to do XML but I hear its wonky. What about a Avid-Premiere-XML workflow?
