Hi John,
You can press the space bar when the tracking window opens when it starts calculating. Sorry I don't have a better answer yet. Still learning it in more detail.
Hope this helps,

The new tracker kicks ass?
I remember reading about improvements to the tracker a while back. Is it called Steadyglide? I was shown its' work today and it really seems to kick ass. I've been on SNDX 4.05 for most of my work so I haven't had this to play with. I'm on 5.5.3 PC symphony and this thing just rocks. I usually use region stabilize out of habit from the past but this regular stabilize on V5.5.3 automatically calculates as soon as you drop it on and the results are impressive according to the editor that showed it to me today and my experience on a few shots have been great. I was told it's a planar tracker is this true. I seem to recall there was a way to change the settings so it didn't automatically start calculating the track when you drop the effect on. Am I misremembering. Is there a setting to work like the old tracker if I wanted to? I see track x, track y or track xy. That sounds more like a correlation tracker but I'm not up on the
subtleties as much as I would like to be. If you haven't used this like I hadn't I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Was this a feature upgrade at V5.x or 5.5x?
