[Avid-L2] Question for Dennis Degan

 

Hey Dennis -

A client of mine was asking how they do the orange moving background on
"Today" when they show footage that's not 16x9. I thought it looked like
an After Effects plug in, but was just wondering if it's something
simple, or something obscenely expensive and custom.
