[Avid-L2] Just got a weird one - Avchd sync issue

 

I was used as a hotline today with some Avchd- material.
They say that the material is out of sync in Avid.

Basic workflow
Avchd > Clipwrap (rewrap) > Ama-link > transcode to xdcam ex 35 (because that's what all the other material is).
No external sounddevice.

There are two issues.
1) The rewrapped H.264 files are in sync - but after transcoding they are out of sync
2) The rewrapped H.264 files are not in sync - after transcode to DNXHD they are in sync

Kind of weird.
I've told them to do the following troubleshooting.
- restart
- Try another computer
- delete the .pmr and .mdb
- delete mcstate, site settings, site attributes

No I am just waiting to see if any of that helped.
Any of you got any other ideas in case this doesn't help?
