fwiw Steve, with a screen width of 52 microseconds you're right that 21 to
24.5 would be just to the right of centre, so something is indeed wrong with
that spec.
As for disclaimer type, in the UK, for SD, it's 16 lines measured on a
lower-case n. The US probably has different specs though.
