Mike,
if you bought the Symphony crossgrade on the Avid Store then inside My Account you will have the Symphony Activation ID, Avid DVD serial, Avid FX serial, Sorenson Squeeze serial and BCC serial. If you bought a shippable kit then the serials are on the disk.
need to know what and how you bought.
Note that Symphony is currently at 6.0.1.1 so you should be accessing he DL center to obtain the software. Go to: https://www.avid.com/US/account/orientation and either create a Master Account or log in with your existing if you made one before. Then on the next page you can request a DL center account and/or link to it.
The direct link to the DL is http://esd.avid.com/ProductList.aspx
In the product List you want to scroll down and open the following:
- Boris Continuum Complete folder which inside is the 8.0.3 version that you should be using.
- Avid FX folder where you will see 6.0.6 which is the latest versions that you should be using
- Avid DVD where you will see 6.4.4 but this is also the version we are shipping with so you shouldn't have to update that.
- Sorenson Squeeze folder ( the last one in the list) which has the 8.1 version you should be using.

The download instruction linked me to the Symphony software, and I was able to find the Boris stuff as well. The only things I have licenses for that I can find downloads for are Sorrenson Squeeze, I can find a version 8 download on the Avid site, but I only have the license for 7.1. And lastly I have a license for Avid DVD by Sonic, but I think this is a PC only app so it my not apply in my Mac world.
