[Avid-L2] mcsoft 3.1.3 sequences open in mcsoft 5.5 with no audio track monitor choices?

 

My AE has found when he opens sequences in 5.5 that came from our 3.1.3 systems he sometimes can't hear the audio tracks.  The boxes where the S and M for solo and mute are empty.  Does this ring a bell with anybody?  I haven't had a chance to explore this yet but it sounded like something that had been mentioned here a while back, but I'm not sure.
