[Avid-L2] How would you create this audio effect?...

 

I have an editor who would like to create the sound of his audio coming to a quick stop a la record player being switched off. Can anyone think of any way to do this within Avid? As far as i know you can't keyframe audiosuite plugins can you? Any ideas welcome,
