You have Compressor? That'll work. In the compression preset, under
Filters, choose Timecode Generator.
Also - mess around with QT Sync. http://www.qtsync.com/
With that, you add in the burn as a text track in the QT file - you can see
this by opening the saved file in QT Player and hitting cmd-J.
That might burn in through the next layer of processing.
