Re: [Avid-L2] pulling audio from sff

If you are on a Mac, you can record the audio played back on your system
from any program with an app called Audio Hijack Pro.

Just Google it. Works great. You should end up with a 48k AIFF file, so
the quality won't be any worse than what you started with.
