You might contact your avid rep - if the dongle is not covered under support, there might be a fee plus the renewal to bring it to the current version. It was my understanding that media composer 6 would be dongle-less...I don't believe the dongle supports 64 bit. I have not moved the lab to 6 just yet but know that I read it somewhere.
