John,
Link to the Red files by AMA, right click to go to the source settings and
turn the debayering to 1/4 and then transcode. It will go much, much
faster. You don't need full debayering for an offline.
When you AMA link to spanned Red clips, they will combine into one. In
fact, I think if you just link to the first one, it will find the rest, but
if you link to them one at a time, they won't combine.
