[Avid-L2] Subtitles to MC

In DS, there is a subtitle script that is a text document that you type in tc in and out and enter subtitle text. You import that into DS and all subtitles are created. You can globally adjust font size, color, dropshadow/border type, etc with a few commands and re-import and everything comes in as you like and is editable. Belle Nuit subtitler works the same way. We have a client who has cut on fcp and is using a program called Title Exchange to transfer a FCP XML file of subtitles to this script for import into DS. It works great. I"m wondering if there is a similar way to get subtitles into MC/Symph from FCP. Automatic Duck doesn't work because text is never in the right place. Boris AAF transfer works better but if you wanted to make a global change to all subtitles like font size or border type you'd still have to manually do this. Is there another way in MC/Symph?
