[Avid-L2] Mojo DX not talking to Media Composer

 

Hi All,

My friend's Mojo all of a sudden stopped working the other day and he's been trying to get it to work. He's reseated the card, flipped the cable around and done everything he can think of. He asked me to post this last question before he has to deal with Avid and spend money:

"If the POWER indicator light is on on the card in the Mac and the Mojo power light does turn from Yellow to Green BUT the cbl(cable?) light on the card does NOT light up ... what is their best guess as to where the problem lies - the card, the cable or the Mojo?"
