I was also concerned when out of nowhere, when I was doing nothing at all (other than testing the Timeline Window resize thing), all 8 of my processors jumped to about 50% and all the fans kicked in. It would't stop on its own so I quit. I also decided to go back to the .0 release.
Thanks for verifying that weirdness . . . nice to know it's not just me ;)

> Same thing here. If you get it too large, you can't reduce it. However, what worked for me was to minimize the window and then enlarge it again. This seems to let you grab the edge and scale the size again. (On a Mac.) Just don't stretch it all the way to the edge.
