Keep the iPad app interface as is, grow it along the lines of Adobe Prelude or Avid Interplay Assist (or media log), make sure enough stuff transfers cleanly to MC... maybe though Avid's cloud.

Let field producers and their like use their iPad for logging, stringing, review & approval.

Make/keep it a complementary product/extension to the professional Avid world.
