From the manual for V.

"Up to 100 users may be given permissions to over 250 volumes per server. User permissions are based on the OS login for the user on their respective workstation. If multiple users require different permissions but use the same workstation, multiple user accounts must be created on the local machine, or users may login to the local machine through Active Directory."
