[Avid-L2] AMA audio link Q

 

We used Boris AAF Transfer Tool to transfer some sequences from FCP7 to Avid 5.5. Pretty much everything relinks properly via AMA in Avid, however, Audio Channel 1 from the source clip is being mapped to both Ch1 and Ch2 on the AMA'd clip. Any way to properly get Ch1 to Ch1 and Ch2 to Ch2? Any ideas?
