Xendata is, in effect, a NAS to the users once it is installed. The fact
that it is on a Windows server should not be an issue unless Apple have
knackered Samba!

However, for now we are Mac-only and Xendata runs only on Windows. HPs
open source LTFS-stuff works quite well once figured out and Bru PE is
still waiting to get it's first stress test here. I can report on Bru
once we have investigated it.
