They changed the entire Licensing tool, and unfortunately felt the need to change the SS and PhF licensing too.
It works like this:
When upgrading from 5.5, you should NOT deactivate ScriptSync nor PhraseFind.
After installing v6, the new ALC should then detect that you had SS and PhF installed and activated, and it will take over the activation (and AFAIK auto-magically supply you with the new 16-digit number). So basically, it should auto-transfer.
That seems to work in most cases. If not, ping the activation support hot line or MM.
