Been waiting for mine for 3 weeks. I update the case every couple of days to ask about the status. But still nothing. I know I could touch base with Marianna, and she'd have it resolved within the hour. But she's got enough other stuff on her plate, and and this point, I just wannna see how long it take to get serial numbers for something that I own.
