Working on a SN Classic v5.0.3 HP xw8400 on Windows Vista Ultimate.
3 times in the last 2 days, I've gotten this long error message on start up:
Exception: AMPI subsystem error, ErrorMessage:DSM future error from client dDSMError_Exception: Assertion in DSM_Transport.cpp", line 119 (err=1813),
DSMManager::InitializeDSM in DSMManager.cpp:274,

AMPIMainComponent::Initialize mRep->Initialize in AMPIMain.cpp: 159,
AMPIMainComponetn""Initialize in AMPIMain.cpp: 163
It occurs when initializing the DSM manager, then the programs just quits. Sometimes it disappears on the next attempt, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 attempts to get through it. Full system resart didn't seem to help. I think my next step will be to re-install the software, but I'm up against a deadline today, and can't take the time.
Couldn't find anything in the Knowledge Base.
Anyone seen this? Any ideas?
