[Avid-L2] Re: Is the link for 3rd Party Activation Serial Numbers dead?

Well Marianna helped me but it turned out the email I sent to the link at the bottom of the page last night worked too. I sent my request in midnight Pacific time last night and this morning at 6:15am I had been sent the activation serial numbers. Marianna also stepped in to help and she also sent me the needed info. I hadn't realized the email I sent last night had worked so promptly because I didn't see the entire email on my blackberry. At least in my case the response was quick. Can't speak to why it would take 3 weeks since my experience was completely different.

I know I could touch base with Marianna, and she'd have it resolved within the hour. But she's got enough other stuff on her plate, and and this point, I just wannna see how long it take to get serial numbers for something that I own.
