Perhaps it's a bit like when you have to take a 30I sequence and convert it to 24/23.976. Open the sequence in edl manager not the export as Terry suggested then save the edl. Reopen and I believe edl manager will ask for the frame rate and you can tell it 24 or maybe 23.976 I don't remember the exact wording. If you've been editing in an ntsc 24/23.976 project the source code for the tapes is 30I I believe it is the save and reopen at 24/23.976 that converts the source timecodes to their matching 24 frame code to match the originals. It does seem strange that the edl manager doesn't get it right the first time. When you have the errored edl do you see 30F or 24F code for the record timecodes?

The ReadMe says to make sure the Project Type in EDL Manager matches the Project Type of the project. But there's no way to change it in EDL Manager that I can see! EDL Manager says it's 30i NTSC, but the project is actually 23.976, but as I say, there's no way in EDL Manager to change the setting to match!
