Not if you're in FCP X. Locking two playheads together is not allowed
in the new paradigm.
If you're in FCP 7 or less, open one in the timeline/Canvas and drop
the other in the viewer. Sync up your playheads, then choose 'Gang'
from "Playhead Sync" button drop-down (the button in the centre, at
the top of your Viewer & Canvas windows.)
