You don't even have to copy to an actual XDcam disc, just put the contents
of an empty disk on a harddis, and avid will use that.
Then FTP the file.
It's faster than RT this way. Not sure how long it takes if you do copy to a
'real' XDcam disk. The U1 is fast, but i think transcoding time is longer
than copy time.
