No set preset for (Proxy) but you can make one from any ProRes setting.
Make a copy of any ProRes preset and open it in the Inspector. Open the
"encoder" tab, and select "settings" next to video.
From the pulldown menu, select "ProRes 442 (Proxy)".
Save your setting and you are good to go.
