[Avid-L2] Re: Blackmagic buys Teranex

 

That sounds like an algorithms for a different transcoding job probably involving an Oki Dog. Could it be that the hardware manufacturers hold important patents that they don't won't to cheapen by making them software only thereby reducing their hardware sales and profits? Or do you mean it takes effort not to wipe out your assets? Curious.
