[Avid-L2] best graphic card for macro 3.1 ( early 2008)

 

Any suggestions for a good and compatible Nvidia videocard for a Avid MC 5.5/6 system dual boor with FCP on MACPRO 3.1 , 2x quad core 3ghz model ( early 2008).
