I remember a few years later than that, maybe '97, a demo artist at IBC (I
think) showing "Real-Time" Color Correction on M100. I asked how it could
be classed as real-time if he had to render before it could be played. He
stopped on a clip, pulled up the CC tool and wiggled the brightness up and
down; "See? Real-time"

For editing possibly, but I remember seeing a demo of Media 100 at Yorkshire
TV (1994?) and being amazed by the quality. This was when we were offlining
on Avid at AVR3 I think.
